It was June 10, 2023, when I opened my eyes to the world of Las Vegas. To say it was beautiful would be an understatement. Las Vegas was the most alluring, luxurious, and refreshing place I’ve ever traveled to, and I’ve traveled quite a bit in my years. From the moment I landed, I was greeted with nothing but smiles and accommodating faces. From my plane, I was ushered into the largest and most extravagant airport I’ve ever seen. After which, I was picked up by the kindest driver you could ever meet. The driver took me along the scenic route, and I was able to gaze at the beautiful monumental structures, luxury buildings, multimillion-dollar businesses, lavish resorts, exotic restaurants, and opulent billboards of all sizes and shapes. The streets were decorated with lustrous lights that illuminated the sky and beautiful abstract art pieces on every corner.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, resembling of a castle with its size and beauty, I was taken to my suite, which was all intelligently controlled by a remote and had a beautiful skyline view of the city. Not to mention the hotel was equipped with a shopping mall, restaurants, bars, a hot tub, a pool, a beautiful garden, and gambling. It was as though it was designed for us to never leave. With all I had seen just from getting accommodated alone, I was beyond excited to explore the city. Las Vegas has many tourist attractions, and I was ecstatic to see them all.

First, I went to the Venetian, which is a luxurious resort where many tourists stay. I explored it from inside to the outside and found that there was an amusement park, a rose garden maze, a luxury salon, gourmet dining, including but not limited to Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey, and ice cream parlors. The interior was decorated from head to toe with the most beautiful paintings of historical Greek and Hebrew culture. Beautiful crystal chandeliers were hanging down the center of every room, and polished marble floors, and tall tinted glass windows. The walls were painted marble, and there was classical music. The exterior was large, with a gold hue, a white staircase, automatic doors, a red carpet, marble, and lights illuminating the entrance, as well as much greenery.

If you love celebrities or anything celebrity-inspired, I suggest the Madame Tussaud Wax Museum. There, you will find wax figures of several celebrities as well as a digital interactive recording of each celebrity speaking about their experiences in their work and partnership to help create this museum. At the end of the exhibit was a virtual reality experience where we were able to interact with some characters from a Marvel movie that was not yet available in a unique scenario designed just for us to enjoy. It was so beautiful. If you're more into historical attractions, Vegas also offers exhibits on Egyptian history, such as the King Tut museums, where you can view real rare artifacts that were used back in that period. While we were unable to actually go to Egypt to visit the pyramids and other architectural structures, they created life-like replicas that still make the experience just as enjoyable. As previously stated, this attraction did end with a virtual reality experience that was optional. Nevertheless, you will enjoy your time.

If you prefer not to visit tourist attractions, I often enjoy roaming the city, especially at night, because of its beauty and mystery. There was so much to be seen. There are street performers who come out at night in revealing costumes and offer provocative photos, dances, and other gestures in exchange for compensation. While I didn’t indulge in that, it was very entertaining. Walking the streets of Vegas at night gets cold and reveals new experiences; you wouldn't see otherwise. I often bought bus tickets, and I traveled the city that way since the large proximity made it easy to get lost. If you love scenic views, I suggest the High Roller. It gives you a view of the entire city, and may I say it was stunning? From above, you can see everything.

Vegas offers many exotic and unique dining services if you want to try something new; however, their cuisine can accommodate every palette. While I was given the opportunity, I did not indulge in any new foods. However, I did eat at several popular restaurants, and the meals were exquisite and varied much more than they usually are in Florida. If you prefer calm atmospheres and intimate moments with loved ones, If so, you must experience the Gondola boat ride, where you get a brief glimpse of the city and are led across a small lake in a canoe. Visiting Las Vegas was the best experience I’ve ever had, and I would go back again. I recommend it to anyone who loves to try new things and see new places. Every day felt like an adventure, and many memories will be made. I have an entire album of photos from this week-long trip, and I loved every moment of it. I have no regrets and no disappointments. Everything was 5 stars. It was beyond my expectations. Las Vegas is truly where I dream to be.
